Where do the programs take place?
Our programs are currently hosted at two stunning locations:
- Portugal
35 minutes from Lisbon Airport (LIS) on a 40 acre organic farm with a heritage property non-toxic spa, padel court and gym. - Mexico
Just between Sayulita and Punta Mita (Playa Patzcuaro) overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Sierra Madre mountains.

What is the difference between the 5, 10 and 21 day programs?
The educational component is similar for all three programs. No matter which program you do, you will take the core learning from it. There are more modalities on the 10 and 21 day programs, as well as, more time for rest and integration.
