A 10 day program based on Neuroscience, Psychology and Functional Medicine to unwind the stress response and address the physical, mental, emotional, nutritional and existential stresses that affect wellbeing and quality of life.

Our long-format program is focussed on nervous system regulation. Using various modalities, we can analyze and work to reprogram the neural connections and physiological factors that dictate behavior and beliefs.

The nervous system is the connection between the mind and body. When it is dysregulated (due to previous life experiences), our sleep, hormones, digestion, cognitive function, reactivity, performance and more are affected. We can’t separate mind and body, in fact trying to separate the mind from the body and even separating each of the parts of the body from each other led to a lot of frustration with the current medical system and the impetus for starting this program.


The multi-model program includes:

QEEG & NEUROFEEDBACK

Brain mapping to measure and assess electrical activity, followed by directed Neurofeeback to improve brain function.

HEART RATE VARIABILITY (HRV) TRAINING
Up-train the parasympathetic state to lower the baseline of stress, reduce overwhelm and enhance recovery and emotional regulation.

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DIET

A diet and supplement protocol designed to reduce inflammation, reverse deficiencies and boost neurotransmitter production.

GUT HEALING PROTOCOL

Reduce harmful bacteria and parasites, heal the gut lining and encourage growth of beneficial bacteria to boost the immune system and gut-brain connection.

COLD THERMOGENESIS

Nervous system regulation training and helps to reduce inflammation, boost metabolism and improve immune function.

PEMF & INFRARED

Muscle relaxation, improved circulation and ion transportation to stimulate the body’s natural recovery process.

PHOTOBIOMODULATION

Red light and Near Infrared Light of specific wavelengths interact with the mitochondria to boost ATP production (more energy).

SYMPATHETIC DOMINANCE PROTOCOL

A psychosomatic stress reduction method that combines various modalities to identify and remove emotional blocks that express as physical symptoms.

TEMAZCAL

An ancient Mesoamerican ritual using heat, steam, herbs and chanting for purification of the mind and body.

COMPRESSION SUIT
To improve circulation and lymphatic drainage to get rid of cellular waste and enhance regeneration.

TRAUMA RELEASE EXERCISES (TRE)
Restore the body’s natural mechanism for releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

With resistance to improve muscle tone and coordination, mitochondrial function and neurotransmitter production.

YOGA

Integrate mind, body and energy, improve mood, reduce stress and build strength, flexibility and balance.

NATURE THERAPY

The healing effects of nature; grounding and negative ions from waterfalls, beaches, jungle with low-impact, endurance exercise.

ART & COOKING CLASSES

Encouraging creativity, authenticity and play. Classes include painting, macrame, chocolate-making and a Mexican cooking class.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork can elicit the parasympathetic nervous system response and, in some cases, euphoric or insightful experiences.

WORKSHOPS

Educational workshops covering nutrition for mental health, sympathetic dominance, neuroception, nervous system regulation, processing emotions, integration and finding purpose.

DROP-IN THERAPY

Bite-sized sessions with a certified mental health professional to practice emotional processing as the opportunities arise.

BODYWORK

Boost parasympathetic response, reduce tension, improve circulation and lymphatic drainage.

INTEGRATION
Resources for integration to assimilate the program into day-to-day life.

The Location

The center is located on the south side of Sayulita (Mexico) - a popular surf town. Accommodation is in a hill-top villa with 360 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, Sierra Madre mountains and lush jungle. Immersion in nature, daily sunshine and a distinct change in environment enhance the effectiveness of the program. The development is gated with 24 hour security.

The is a large infinity saltwater pool, gym, large terrace and other amenities.

Winding jungle paths provide a beautiful walk to Sayulita. Two virgin beaches are a 10 minute walk away.

Access is very easy, 80 minutes from Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR) with flights from most major US and Canadian cities.
We provide complimentary shuttles at 3:30 pm on Arrival Day and 10 am on Departure Day.

Note: we are not a medical or mental health care facility. You must be approved to be in suitable mental and physical health by your healthcare practitioner in order to attend the retreat. If deemed to need extra care, we will contact your emergency contact to arrange transport to a more suitable facility.

All guests must sign our waiver and agreements to be able to attend.
