ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP PROMPTS
The accountability group can be whatever you want it to be. Often, when multiple humans are involved, it is a good idea to have structure. Below are ideas on how to structure your meetings to get the most from them. We suggest meeting once per month. MEETING ONE
1. Group introductions
2. Set intentions. What is your intention for being in the group - what do you want to get out of it? What is your intention for the next month until the next meeting? What are the challenges you might face on the road to that intention? How can the group support you?
3. Anything else you would like to share?
Max. 15 mins of talking time per person to respect time and stay focussed.
Homework:
i. Write down a list of what you want to create/how you want to feel/what you want your days to look like. Write down everything you can think of, we will circle back on this.
ii. Make one anti-inflammatory meal and share your tips/recipe/photo with this group and with your Rēset group.
iii. Ground in nature and send a picture to the group(s).
iv. Dance! Share a song that shifts your nervous system and brings you joy.
MEETING TWO
1. Share wins/gratitude. What progress have you made on the intention from the last meeting?
2. What challenges did you face in making progress on your intention?
3. Can the group support you with this intention?
4. What is your intention from now until the next meeting (it can be the same intention)?
Anything else you would like to share?
Max. 15mins of talking time per person to respect time and stay focussed.

i. Reread the list of what you would like to create that you wrote last month.
ii. Make one anti-inflammatory meal and share your tips/recipe/photo with this group and with your Rēset group.
iii. Ground in nature and send a picture to the group(s).
iv. Freestyle write three pages in your notebook (a la Morning Pages) at least five days before the next meeting.
MEETING THREE
1. Share wins/gratitude. What progress have you made on the intention from the last meeting?
2. What challenges did you face in making progress on your intention?
3. Can the group support you with this intention?
4. What is your intention from now until the next meeting (it can be the same intention)?
5. Share an instance where you used a specific tool or strategy from the program in your personal or professional life this week. How did it help?

iii. Ground in nature and invite a friend/family member (co-regulation) send a picture to the group(s).
iv. Move! Dance, crawl, walk, stretch, lift some weights. What type of movement brings you the most joy?
