BREATHWORK

Breathwork simply involves breathing and feeling. Sounds simple. And it is. Deep rhythmic breathing can bypass the lovely overthinking conscious mind a lot of us have and help drop us into our limbic brain - the part of our brain that holds memory and emotion. The beautiful thing about the guided Somatic Release Breathwork at Rē Precision Health, is that it is a safe environment to feel whatever the body is ready to feel at that moment. As an extension of the workshop on Neuroception, the Limbic Brain and the feeling body, the breathwork gives some practical experience to the concepts taught in the workshop.
