If you arrive before the start date, you can make your way over to PVR airport for the airport shuttle on arrival day.
If you choose to stay in Sayulita, you can get a taxi from town to Casa Itzamara.

Insurance
Travel insurance and trip protection is highly recommended to cover accidents and illness. We have a no refund policy, so you must purchase trip protection if you would like coverage for unforeseen circumstances. Most employers and/or credit cards include travel insurance. You can also purchase travel insurance from providers like travelinsurance.com

Money
You can use US dollars in the area but you will be subject to whatever exchange rate the establishment chooses (often it’s not good). We recommend exchanging dollars for pesos at a US bank before you leave or withdraw cash from a bank ATM while in Mexico. Credit cards can be used at most larger stores and established restaurants but it is recommended to have some cash for taxis and smaller purchases.
Food
We serve an anti-inflammatory menu free of gluten, dairy, refined sugar, seed oils, corn and soy. We provide 3 meals per day and snacks, served buffet style. We are not able to make personalized meal plans but we can do our best to accommodate your dietary requirements. Please ensure that you provide us with your dietary requirements prior to arrival so that we can let you know if we can accommodate.
Laundry
We have laundry facilities (washer and dryer) and detergent for guest use on-site.
Soap/Shampoo/Etc…
We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. If you like a particular brand, bring it. We are a 15 minute drive or a 45 minute walk from Sayulita, where there are lots of pharmacies and an organic store with holistic products.
Neuromeditation & QEEG
On our 10+ day Rēset programs, we include QEEG Brainmapping and Neurofeedback/Neuromeditation (NF) sessions.
On our 5 day Rēset Intensive programs, the “Introduction to Neuromeditation” workshop is focused on meditation. You can read more about QEEG's and NF here. While we don't have time to include QEEG’s and NF feedback as part of the 5 day program, we do have space to fit in a few sessions for those who are keen and would like to add it into their retreat for an additional cost, on a first come first serve basis.
