Habanero Salsa
Ingredients
1 Tomato cut in quarters
½ white onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 habanero chili
3 tbsp Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and add the tomatoes, onion, garlic and habanero and cook for 5 minutes or once it looks well charred.
Blend all the ingredients add add salt and pepper to taste.
Watch out, it has a kick!
