Salad Dressings

Dressings that pack a tasty punch. Such a quick way to boost the flavor of any dish (not just salad). Make in advance to have them on hand in the fridge. Here are some of our favorites.

Add all ingredients to a glass jar, shake vigorously and serve/store.

Miso Ginger

1/2 cup of rice vinegar
2 cups of tamari
1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp miso paste
1 cup of semsame oil
2 tbsp of ginger juice (or grated ginger)

Lemon Coconut Curry

2 lemons juiced
3/4 cup of coconut cream
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt

Tahini Herb
(This one is best made in a blender but can be made without if you finely chop the herbs)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup of tahini
A handful of cilantro
A handful of parsley
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
(if you are going to store this, don’t add the water - just add to liquify before serving)

Creamy Citrus Avocado

This one requires a blender. Add all ingredients and blend.

1 orange, juiced
1 lemon, juiced
60ml extra-virgin olive oil
60ml filtered water, ( plus more as needed )
