Super Greens Soup

1L of vegetable stock or chicken bone broth
300g of veggie mix (broccoli, zucchini, spinach)
100ml coconut milk (thicker consistency like from a can)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Add all ingredients except the coconut milk to a pan and bring to a boil then simmer until the vegetables are soft, blend until smooth. Once the soup cools a little, add the coconut milk.
