Private Yoga Session with Sara
This is a great opportunity to have 1 on 1 time with an instructor to review anything that you would like, which isn't always possible in a group setting.
Each session comes with a takeaway worksheet so you can continue your practice based on the class I designed for you.
Some examples of why people book a private yoga class are:
Yoga Foundations
This is a great fit if you are a yoga newbie or beginner. We will review the foundations and basics of yoga such as the foundational poses - sun salutations, breathing techniques, correct alignment and typical cues in a class. It's great for beginners because you get one on one attention that is invaluable and not always available in a group setting. Hands on adjustments are available.
Setting up a home practice
This is great if you already have a yoga practice and aren't necessarily new to yoga but would like to develop a home practice. We will review how you can set yourself up for success to have a consistent yoga practice at home, even if you can't make it to a studio or have limited time. Hands on adjustments are available.
Open private session
This is great for all levels, but someone who has a specific idea they would like to work with in mind. This is a session to work on any yoga practices, whether it's something you'd like to explore further that we touched on in a group class, or something you want to explore in your own practice.
Some examples are:
working with a specific pose
demystifying arm balances
inversion play
yin/restorative yoga
yoga nidra
exploring pranayama (breath work)
meditation (yogic tradition)
mentorship for current or upcoming ytt students - help with sequencing, general questions, etc
