Individual Healing and Transformation in Relational Context; Technology, Society and Culture

Healing and Transformation do not happen in a vacuum; as social beings, our health and well-being are intrinsically connected to the health of our communities, societies, cultures and environments. In this session we will explore what it means to be healthy and happy in an interdependent, globalised world and the responsibility we carry to do our part in creating better technologies, structures and systems for the benefit of all.

This workshop is facilitated by Adam.

Rewriting our stories

A check in for how life is like back at home post Re Precision. Maria will guide you in meditation to quiet the mind. Afterwards she will offer a prompt to write down the stories, thoughts and voices as heard in your mind that surface when things quiet down. We can recognize the stories we are attached to that are keeping us down and not serving us. This is an opportunity to get really familiar with the narrator (who is it, what voice) and the story you are telling yourself. We will end with a visualization meditation on detachment from thought.
