Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, conscious rest and psychic sleep is way to tap into other realms of consciousness, meditative states and deep rest.
In this beginner friendly session, Sara will explain a little bit more behind the mystery of this practice and guide a midday Yoga Nidra meditation.
In an effort to create our Yoga Nidra nest, the only things you need for this practice are:
a yoga mat
beach towel or blanket to lie down on
a bolster or fluffy pillows
another blanket/or two to cover up
eyemask (if you have it)
a journal and pen
